Fytokem Products, Saskatoon, Saskat­chewan, Canada, has entered into an agreement with Atrium Biotechnologies, Quebec City, Canada, to market on an exclusive worldwide basis two of Fyto­kem’s leading product lines for the nutraceutical and personal care markets. The long term cooperation and licensing agreement with Atrium provides Fyto­kem with a significant upfront payment and firm minimum purchase commitments for purchase and pricing through 2004. Fytokem and Germany-based Dragoco Gerberding have agreed to dissolve their existing marketing contract.
